Recent Happenings

High tea at Oriole Cafe, located at 313 Somerset. It's our next favourite hangout for mid-day tea break. Tasty potato wedges with garlic mayo dip, warm scones with cream & jam, and warm chocolate lave cake with vanilla ice-cream! Service was not up to expectations tho'. It took them really long to take our orders, and we had to remind the staffs so many times, before one actually remembered to serve the milk for my tea. 

Was out the other night with the girls for drinks at Acid Bar. Been a long time since we last gathered. Tho' it was a short night, we had much to talk about, and am glad we had this nice cosy gathering. Now, it's time to go back and finish up the bottle my dear friends! :)

loving my Aves Summer Top from Alvila. So easy to dress up with. 

Attended the gala dinner hosted by the Australia Alumni in Singapore with the sister, and we had a very enjoyable night. We had lots of laughter on our table, despite only meeting several of them for the 1st time. It was like a group of close friends having dinner and catching up. Lovely people, from our lovely Uni! And lucky me, for the 1st time, won in a lucky draw! Though it was only a bottle of red wine, it was good enough for me. Deep inside, I know my luck is changing, and I know something good will come to me one day. Time to clear the old and welcome the new!

It was a busy but fun weekend spent in KL, with the sisters! Our first sisters trip out of Singapore. Stay tuned for more on our hunt for the sisters wedding dress & all the good food we had!!
